How to install SEB for Windows OS:

1. Download NLC Safe Exam Borwser Offline and CAR LMS

2. Unzip NLC Safe Exam Browser Offline and install

3. Next next, ok ok.. until successfully installed the Safe Exam Browser

4. Copy and Paste CAR LMS to desktop

5. Run CAR LMS (during the exam)
